LOW CARB EGG TORTILLA

About the Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 onion chopped

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1 chili

Salt and Pepper (To Taste)

2 almond flour flatbread

1 tbsp butter

3 cheese slices

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Preparation

1. Beat eggs with onion chopped coriander salt and pepper.

2. Fry egg with 1 tbsp butter

3. Place the flat bread over it.

4. Flip carefully and place tomato and cheese slices, place another flat bread, top with mozzarella cheese, fresh coriander.

5. Closed the lid for a minute.
